  The friendly service began as soon as we arrived. We were given awelcome drink as we checked in. Every request was handled professionallyand efficiently and always with a smile.   The reception staff were extremely helpful - I needed to rpint off my airline ticket and my notebook couldn't connect to their printer so they let me use their office. They were friendly, good English and very courteous. The restaurant provided good service and food at sensible prices.
