Check-in hours are between 17:00 and 20:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 50. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Air conditioning is available from June to September for an obligatory supplement of EUR 100 per week. During the rest of the year air conditioning is not available. Heating is available from October to May for a EUR 14 surcharge per day. During the rest of the year heating is not available. All extra charges must be paid 60 days in advance. The property will contact you with details after booking. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
