  Loved everything about this hotel hence the reason i came home and re-booked another holiday the same day.The hotel is spotless clean,staff very friendly and helpfull,room very comfortable and the hotel very central for everything.   The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.

  Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... что говорят » rganised immediately. Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... что говорят » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  i really love it here i have been coming to benidorm since i was young, every time we have come to les dunes because we always have a brilliant time and it is a really good place to be. the swimming pool is georgeous, especially when the cover is up, it makes the water lovely and warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. the staff have always bee... что говорят » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.
