  Loved everything about this hotel hence the reason i came home and re-booked another holiday the same day.The hotel is spotless clean,staff very friendly and helpfull,room very comfortable and the hotel very central for everything.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us.   We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... что говорят » cious and clean.   The hotel is quite brilliant for the price range it´s in. There are six swimming pools, many restaurants (all wonderful), great views, bags of space. Even when it´s full, the hotel feels peaceful as there is just so many diferrent places to relax or hideaway. I stay regularly at the Grand Villaaitana (previously the Westin) and love it. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well. The free wifi in the rooms is a nice touch. - hotel staff very friendly and spoke excellent english, the hotel is very clean and modern, breakfast selection in the lovely dining area was very good. free use of the jacuzzis, roof top swimming pool and steam room. easy access to the beach, old town and the lively bars/clubs area.
