  We stayed in 3-bedroom apt. Nice flat in the quiet area, very close to metro (Les Corts). Good equipped kitchen including cleaning products, coffee machine. Good internet connection (we had private router in our apt). Upon check-in the welcoming pack was ready in the aparment (mineral water, milk, coffee capsules etc.) - nice surprise. Situated in safe, relatively up-market and interesting area with plenty of shops, bars, cafes etc nearby.   I absolutely liked this guesthouse. The location is excellent and safe, and it is very easy to access hot spots by walking or subway. It locates between El Born and Barceloneta. The guesthouse locates in the second floor of an histrorical building and has 11 rooms. It feels like staying as a guest in an apartment, which I like. I suppose double rooms with balc - The staff were very nice and understanding. They kept my reservation even though my credit card had failed and there wasn't any chance to call my bank as I was in transit from Rome. This was the best place we stayed in our 2 week holiday in Barcelona, Paris and Rome. My family loved the place and wish we had discovered it earlier. Exceptionally clean and neat with modern decor. Loved the pictures at the reception.

  The room is very nice, we booked the room for three. I think the size of room might be the issue for somebody but for us we think it is fair and lovely if compared with the price. The staffs are very helpful, although we have a little problem in communication but they are really kind and energetic.   The place was more like borrowing a friend's apartment than staying in a hostel. It was very conveniently located, being close enough to the main tourist area that you could easily walk there but far enough away to not cost the earth. It was also very close to Gaudi's Park Güell. The owner Silvia was lovely and very helpful and welco - Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

  Very cozy mini-hostel. We stayed in May in a double room number 106. a cozy room with wash basin, wardrobe and tv. The room has a balcony with chairs and a table. Absolute cleanliness everywhere. Responsive host Senor Pedro, answer all your questions and help you! He speaks English and Spanish. There are Russian-speaking staff. You have the keys to the entrance an - Mr Peter, who welcomed us, was very polite and friendly. He answered all our questions very patiently and arranged a very good taxi for our trip to the station on our day of departure. Our room and toilet was cleaned and beds made nicely everyday. The location of the property is marvelous and walking to La Rambla would take us not more that ten mins. I would definitely recommend this to all who want value for money along with an excellent location.
