Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach. This hostel was very clean and comfortable and was decorated in a modern style. I loved the down comforter on the bed and the spacious lounge with the tv, games and books. This hostel is amazing! Very funky! We were upgraded to a hotel room, free of charge, and still had access to use the hostel facilities. The hotel rooms are lovely and new and very clean. Rooms are made up every day and new towels are also given daily (in the hotel). The staff are very helpful and friendly. It is extreamly close to the Sagrada Familiar and a 5 minute walk from the Metro. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

the staff guys are generally nice-ish. The place is cool and looks great. I stayed in the apartment for 1 night where i got a room to myself and I really liked it. Clean, quiet and stuff. The mixed dorm looked fun too. Monday pub crawl and people were partying in the kitchen and stuff - it seemed very fun and I would have loved to join in had it not been for my long accumulated fatigue. Great place !

The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends. The staff were very approachable, and while it's not near the centre of Barcelona by any stretch of the imagination, it's near a metro station, supermarkets, a bunch of restaurants and also Parc Güell, which was a really nice spot (one of my faves in Barcelona). -
Very kind staff, cheap hostel with enough comfort and plenty of equipment, close to Parc Güell and Sagrada Familia.

Staff is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Speaks very good English. The lockers are in the room. And the very good thing that the bathrooms are in the rooms. The location is right at la ramblas, just 2 minutes away.

When I arrived at the hostel at night was so sleepy that I just wanted to sleep. And it was one of the quietest nights of my life: absolute silence in the room female (100% full). Note the cleanliness and consistency of Frank, the guy in charge of cleaning it every morning telling us jokes and drew a smile to us throughout our stay in this hostel.

Staff very friendly, they help you with any questions and organize activities for you to have fun in your stay. Ah! They dinners and meals at the same hostel for little money ... is terrific! This hotel is situated near by the Rambles (view minutes walking, and its metro station) and the end station of the airport buss (10 minutes walking). Hotel is clean and well maintained, breakfast simple but good for this price. Reception staff is friendly and supportive. Hotel is central to the most tourist highlights in the city. Suggestion, take a guided tour (or tapas tour), through the city by bike, interesting to get more details about this town.
