Hotel is chic and modern. Staff was very accommodating. Rooms were quite modern and well lit. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Upon arrival, the hotel clerk was very helpful and friendly; we were even offered an upgrade at no cost. The room was fantastic, super king-size bed with marble bathroom including a 6ft long bath with 3 showers! Bathroom and Bedroom had patio doors opening to a huge veranda overlooking the city with dining table, chairs and sofas. Someone came to the door with free beer and also coctail vouchers.

Everything, after reading the reviews online I knew that this was the hotel for us and it certainly lived up to expectations. The location is very central with a 2 minute walk to the nearest tour bus pick up point and located very close to a petrol station for some late night munchies. The staff were so pleasant and the room was immaculate.

the design of the room, the facilities; the fact the receptionist gave us a quiet room when we asked , the large balcony , close to Avenida Diagonal and many shopping areas and also very easy to go to the center by bus ( the station just on a paralel street ; also metro is very closed but you have to change the line in order to go to plaza catalunya.We really enjoyed the hotel, charming hotel

Breakfasts- The hot table was a disaster! Eggs were a no no, scrambled available on an odd morning invariably cold, fried on request only,bacon was cold and inedible, sausages were half cooked.A disaster for such an excellent hotel.

The Wi-fi service, it does not work on the higher levels. I stayed on the 8th floor and to use the web I had to go down to the library. That's the only complain I have.

The hotel is stylish, located at a safe and very convenient location (nearby the Metro station), the price charged is very reasonable and there is free-of-charge Wi-Fi facilities.

The rooms locatated towards the main street are a bit noisy. Because of the nearby hospital there are a lot of ambulances passing by.
