I liked this residence very much. Great location, cleanliness, comfort, pleasant atmosphere. The residence is located in a beautiful historic house. The walk to the Sagrada Familia takes about 12 minutes.
I especially liked the owner of the hotel, her name is Imma. She is great, she is very interesting person and helpful.
If I go back to Barcelona I'll stay at this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Firstly the hospitality was there on my arrival.
The owner went out of her way to assist me with bus locations
Tour information, shops, etc.
Location was great, room comfortable,larg, plenty cupboard space, and the 4 apartments had 4 bathrooms located just a few feet from the rooms, large user friendly kitchen, and lounge room with open balcony.
Security was good, a lift took you to the floors. clean, fresh,and historically lovely apartment, I would return to stay again should I visit Barcelona.
The residence was fantastic. I had my own clean room and shared a very spacious bathroom with only one other person. The layout is a flat (apartment) style with a kitchen, big lounge and balcony. It is also tastefully furnished and decorated, so it feels very homely. Ima was great and looks after the place very well. It used to be residences for professors from the university, so it is centrally located in a very nice area and affords a traveler much room and storage space. I would definitely s.
Great location with two metro strations nearby, walking distance to well-known spots such as Pg. de Gracia and Sagrada Familia.
The inside of the hotel is just lovely with "coming-back home" atomosphere, and what's more, the landlady is so kind and friendly providing visitors with useful information and warm conversations, which made my stay in this hotel very much impressive.
I'd definitely like to stay here again, when I visit BCN next time.

The location is very nice and just few steps outside the metro station and bus stop is in front of the main door. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Rather than spending ridiculous amount of money and staying in LaRambla area, this is just couple of metro stop away and great value for money.
We would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for budget travel with good location in Barcelona.
Me and my friend went to Barcelona for the weekend to go sightseeing and experience everything Catalonian. Residencia Apimec made it possible. The location was great as we enjoyed to walk everywhere. Loved the building and interior. We had a spacious and lovely room and bathroom all to ourselves. Imma, the owner was very kind and thoughtful. Couldn't have asked for better. Thank You!.
The residence is a apartment style with a kitchen and a nice view balcony, walking distance from La Ramla, La Pedrera, Passeig de Gràcia and Sagrada Familia. The owner was great and very helpful. She can give good suggestions about the city.The room and bathroom were clean, big and comfortable. I shared the bathroom with someone but not all days.

The appartment is located at the very center of Barcelona so you can reach the sights easily, and the beach is not too far as well. The rooms are furnished simply but practically and tastefully and tided up really accuratelly. The best feature is Imma, the owner- se is so kind and helpful.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! My room was very nice and clean as well as the bathroom. Location is very convenient for travellers - in the beautiful Eixample district and close to several metro stations. And of course Imma is absolutely is a dear!.
Comfortable bed and great service. Stay in overall was comfortable. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom but no shampoo. After checkout staff was able to keep our carryon for us until our departure from the city.
Good location, nice owner, reasonably good value for money. My room was basic but comfortable, just like the bathroom (that I shared with somebody, but only heard the other person, never saw him/her).

The building is a bit old, but the apartment itself has plenty of charm, and is full of light. Ask for a room with a view if they're available!.
The rooms looking to the street tend to be a bit noisy because of the traffic- I was lucky to get the one looking to the courtyard.

Nothing major, maybe a suggestion to add a Kleenex box in the rooms. Shower was very small but doable, especially for the price. We had a beautiful charming exterior room facing street on a fri and sat night, so it was quite loud at night, but we were so tired that we were able to sleep! Had to pay in cash and not credit card on second day, not that it was a hassle.
The rooms overlooking the street are extremely noisy. The wifi in my room didn't really work well (and others seemed to have similar problems). It's also practically impossible to close any door within the apartment quietly.
Poor WiFi signal in the room. Ordered double bed, but got two single beds put together. Crunchy mattresses. No air conditioner so hot at night (specially in August). Our room's balcony was connected with living room's balcony so couldn't leave windows opened at night or during day.
