A fantastic modern apartment in an old beautiful prestigious baroque old building. This apartment is fabulous as the staff was very helpful and very kind : Jordi & Rafa. Easy to got the keys as i called from the airport and meet directly Rafa at the frontdoor of the building. Top apartment, everything's perfect from the big bedroom with 2 windows, Safetybox, from the big bathroom that is splendid with it's Italian shower, the kitchen is great with induction cooking system and all is brand new as the big fridge, washing machine, dryer, etc. The living room is nice and minimalist as all the flat with a comfortable sofa in front a big flat screen TV Samsung with a DVD player, Sat system. There are 2 Airconditionings that make cool or heat : 1 in the beedroom, 1 in the living room and well positionned. The top of the top is the large terrace 30 square meters with a nice table for 4 people and 2 sunbeds. There are 2 electric panels that can protect you from the sun. And the VIEW !!! That is amazing : you can see the sea ! Yes ! And of course The Rambla and a 180° view. There are some little lights incrusted in the floor's wood that make a very romantic atmosphere at night. I think it is the best flat from the whole building as it is at the top floor : 8 ! With an elevator of course. It is very high and you can see a lot of Barcelona city and that it is fabulous and unique because it is also quiet as it is in a middle of a street that come on Plaça Catalunya. Also the free Wi-Fi has a very good signal and double glass windows for the quietness. All was perfect and big thanks to Jordi that keeps well the security at the entrance of the building in day time and to Rafa that take care of my arrival and departure with a very good mood and kindness, very professional ! I really recommend Rent Top apartments and the staff.

We liked the location and the fact that we as a bigger family could get a single "room". It seems impossible to get a room for more then 4 people. Easy access to all the locations, subway is just outside the house.

The fact that they expect you to pay in cash or otherwise they will add 3% on your CC. I also didn't like that they were trying to get you to select to pay in my local currency with a bad exchange rate. It is minor details that is irritate me. I don't like traveling with a lot of bills in my wallet.

We had 5 fantastic days. Chris our contact from Top Apartments was very helpful and gave us some good tips. The view from our apartment (Pl. Catalunya) was fantastic. The apartment was excellent, the beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal to explore Barcelona !

the location was very central and easy to get to from the train station. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apt was stunning and perfect for 4 people looking to enjoy the fun nightlife and historical site of Barcelona.

The check in procedure was quick and easy, our check in agent was nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage down stairs until check in time. The accommodation was really lovely and the apartment was in the best possible location - close to La Ramble yet quiet at night.

I wish we could have checked in earlier then 3pm as we had 2 young children with us (5 months and 3 years) by the time we could check in our children were very tired. Would have been nice to check in a bit earlier to let them have a sleep/rest. However that is our personal issue really and what comes of travelling with children. =)

the location is fabulous. All the interseting places are in footwalking distance like Ramblas, Placa de Catalunya and the old city. The roof top terasse is extremely nice Staying a few days and exploring Barcelona is just the right thing to do here. Good value for money !

Apartment was in great location for seeing the sights of Barcelona, just steps from Placa Catalunya. One bedroom apartment had a great terrace with city views to relax after a busy day. The apartment was very clean and modern.

ONLY complaint is the 3:00 check-in. Arrived from the states at 9am. We hired a driver to pick us up at the airport and had a 4 hour overview tour of the city. Apartment doorman took our bags while we picked up a few things for the apartment.

Beautifullly appointed and central to everything ( Metro station right outside the door). Also very quiet considering it's on a main boulevard right in the thick of the action.

Odd things like no shelf in the shower. Meant that all of the soaps,etc had to go on the floor. Also quite hard to check in and out as the apartment is in a " mixed" residential and rental building. We had to call 30 mins before we got there and then again once we were at the front door. Then had to wait until someone turned up to let us in. Seemed to be a lot of hanging around when touring time was short.

Great location in Barcelona, large, modern apartment in a lovely old building. It was very spacious and homely and staff very helpful.

Maddening washing machine (like a lot of machines in Europe) but someone came around and helped us to get it going.

Perfect location, full appliances, relaxing, helpful people, privacy, feels literally like home in the heart of bustling Barcelona. Right on the ramble, without the noise when you want to rest! Very spacious.

A bit expensive, there is nothing except for the appliances and furniture so you have to go shopping for everything upon arrival

1. The location is great - very convenient to shopping, sightseeing, dining. 2. The apartment was comfortable enough for 6 adults.

1. Instructions for the washer and dryer is very poor - took me 2 days to figure out how to use it. 2. Toilet paper supplied was insufficient - didn't know that I have to buy that. 3. NO telephone in the apt.

It was one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Huge rooms very modern & spotlessly clean. Close to everthing including the station. A bit tricky to find initially.Our agent spoke no english thank God for the concierge Jordi he was fantastic very helpful he gave us a laugh everyday. We would definately recomend.

The location was premium and we didn't mind having to walk to the beach as we had great shopping and restaurants nearby (including Samoa which serves dinner earlier than most restaurants - perfect for those with a young family). We loved loved loved Barcelona, and the accommodation contributed a lot to that great experience.

The seal for the door in the main bedroom was broken but they offered to rectify it immediately. While this room was therefore a little noisy, the rest of the apartment was sound proofed very well. They provided complimentary juice and water - thank you - this makes immediate settling with a family easy. Just didn't have tea bags. Very minor. Loved the stay and would stay there again.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location.

Very unhelpful about check in times which were very rigid. The glass door to the toilet was bizarre with no privacy from the rest of the apartment.

I liked the building location, and the porter was extremely helpful.

I didn't like the living room sofa; it's terrible.Plus the showering water is weak, and the two apartments are so close to each other that they can hear each other clearly.
