clean apartment, the kitchen is really well equiped, the towels were changed every day, 24h reception, no damage deposit, no fees for early check out

it is noisy, you can hear everything that happpens in the next door apartment.

We could easily communicate with the staff, even though they were not English-speaking. It was really close to the subway and to the Sagrada.

It was a bit noisy, both from the outside and through the thin walls.

BcnStop is a centrally located decent compact accomodation probably less than 10 minutes walk down to the Sagrada Familia Cathedral. The neighbourhood is rather safe and pleasant. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. Just round the corner, one can find plenty of good eateries at Avenida (Avenguda) de Gaudi. To be honest in the apartment we were in I could not logon to the WiFi connection. Wasn't bothered about it. Ok maybe some more kitchen utensils/appliances, like a proper kettle, would have come in handy but these small issues should not be a dealbreaker. I would definitely stay again at BcnStop Sagrada Familia should I return to the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Really close to Sagrada familia. Nice location. Nice degign of the appartament. Fully prepared kitchen with fridge and microwave.

Not everybody working at the reception speaks English. Better know Spanish or Catalonian . The parking is also a challenge.

perfectly located cheap hotel with underground garage in the centre of Barcelona and only 700? meters from sagrada Familia, lot´s of shops, restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

the reception is in the sixth floor and the hotel is signed only with a small plate on the entrance door, so if you don´t exactly know, where it is, it could be a problem. too much noise from the floor and stairs

Spacious, comfortable, a big shower cabin, a huge double bed, all you need in the kitchen, close to the metro, close to Sagrada Familia. I would go to this hotel again!

The receptionist did not know a word in English. Only the manager could understand us, but her vocabulary was scarce (they managed still to get us the taxi to the airport at 04.30 A.M. and that was great). One of the windows did not close properly (so you could hear the noise of the street), the freezer needed some defrosting (a thick layer of ice). They asked us for 1 euro to print the tickets we got online for Sagrada Familia (it should have been complementary from the hotel).

We lived in this hotel for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. The location is great. We used metro and bus a lot to go everywhere. The stuff was very helpful and friendly.Some of them don't speak English but we could understand each other. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we can have our towels clean whenever we wanted. The sound isolation was bad but we didn't suffer from it. We had all appliances in the kitchen: toaster, microwave oven,fridge, cooker, coffeepot, pans, frying pans, plates, cups and glasses.

We didn't like the work of our air conditioning. It was very poor and we had to use one fan. So it was very hot in the rooms especially in the bedroom. And we recommend to supply an electric kettle in the kitchen.

The location is in very nice quarter, near a pedestrian street with cafes close to Sagrada Familia and a metro station (consider that the signs and the reception is for hotel Everest). The equipped kitchenette is useful. Comfortable beds. Easy luggage storage.

Inconvinient layout of our apartment - small bedroom with useless additional bed, no real windows -> no enough light and fresh air. The reception ladies did not speak English at all and could not be of use to us at all (fortunately we were well prepared).
