Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

Location is good, only 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. It is a nice building with local flavour, high ceilings and spacious rooms. Air conditioning was good. It was a nice gesture to give us tickets to Flamenco show for our troubles. Overall, it was an interesting experience, which we don't regret. -

Eva is a lovable lady who understands the true meaning of customer service. She did not just hand us the keys and said see you in two days. Layout of flat (2 bedrms/2bathrms) spacious living/dining area w/fully equipped kitchenette. Location great: Quiet area but with bars/restaurants close. 5 min walk to airport shuttle bus, 10 min walk to Plaza de Espana, 15 min walk (through Barrio Santa Cruz) to the Cathedral & the Alcazar. We stayed 5 pple for 3 nights at a price which I found to be extremely good value (abt 15 eur/person/night). OK so it was November/low season, but still best value for money accommodation I have seen in

We were welcomed by Stephanie and Marina who were charming and warm and
instantly made us feel like family!! They even upgraded our reservation,
giving our teenage daughters their own studio apartment next door so
that we would all be comfortable free of charge! They were enormously
helpful in assisting us with travel ideas, restaurants, and all local
attractions. The apartments and the building were modern and immaculate,
with the most comfortable beds we experienced on our one month trip!!
