The staff was very friendly and even though we speak English they tried to help us out. We got a triple room but it included a couch so my son slept on it. It was a great hotel and very close to the bus stop. - The staff on reception were really friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Gran desayuno tambien. !Muchas gracias a todos en el Hotel

On arrival we were told that the hotel was fully booked but that they would upgrade us to a suite at no extra charge. We couldn't have asked for better accommodation it was fantastic. - Cleanliness

We chose this hotel since we needed easy access to the highways and had a car. The location was ideal and ease in taking the bus to the Seville. Typical Ibis hotel. The breakfast was a bit lacking though for an Ibis. -

A lovely, well designed and presented hotel. Great value for money but it is located quite some way from the city centre which suited us as we had our car with us and wanted to make sure it was parked somewhere secure (our car was broken into on a previous visit to the city). Room was confortable and the bed good. Breakfast was excellent.

Easy to find...entrance to carpark clearly signposted right next to hotel..allowed to leave car there even after checking out.....price good..staff friendly and attentive to detail...room very comfortable. - The staff were friendly, helpful. Great apartments that are very practical. The service from the time of making booking until after the checkout has been great. The apartment provides real value for money and caters for all your needs. it has iron, microwave, hob for cooking, fridge, washing machine and much much more. A great walk-in shower is also a great comfort. The apartments also provide free bicycle hire, which for a flat city like Sevilla is excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, but some small things i.e. no face cloths in the bathrooms and not enough toiletries, small details.
