  I can't recommend this hostal highly enough, I couldn't believe how good it was for the price. Lovely staff. Owner provided us with a map on arrival and marked it up with all the things we shouldn't miss on a three day stay. Hotel was easy to find and near the station as well as near the town centre. For dinner, check out the Meson de Juan, a hundred yards away, for their Mixed Plancha!

  We stayed in Salamanca Monday-Wednesday in late October. The hotel is well situated about 5-10 minutes walk from the rail station and a few minutes walk from the old town centre.
