  From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... что говорят » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Absolutely everything. Friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, thoughtful design of the rooms, location - Setting was spectacular. Privacy was welcome. Staff were very helpful.

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   It's a five minute walk up to all the restaurants and from where the wine tram departs, perfect. It is really small but with Real quality and attention to detail. The public areas and our room were beautiful. Small touches like a decanter of sherry in the room, plus exquisite puddings left in the room at turn-down really give the place an opulent... что говорят » feel. Guest care is great too; they'll book restaurant tables for you, recommend/explain the styles of cuisine etc etc. - The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We enjoyed the stay so much that we booked two extra nights.The manager recommended restaurants, trips etc. We couldn't ask for a better stay and hospitality. We felt very spoiled and will definitely return.

  The facilities and rooms are superb. The eco-pool is a nice feature, something different. It is about a 15 minute drive to town but staying in a secluded setting is worthwhile.   Friendly staff, the suite was beautiful, loved the two bathrooms and the turndown service. Breakfast was excellent. We recommend this lovely hotel and will be back.

  The staff, location, facilities and access to The One and Only Hotel's restaurant for breakfast were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff who assisted us with booking tickets and tours during our four days in Cape Town. We will definitely recommend and will stay at Lawhill again on our next trip to SA. - The Lawhill Apartments far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a fantastic view of the waterfront. Each bedroom had a very comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom. We had more room than we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. If I have a chance to go back to Cape Town, I would definitely try to stay here again.
