We were greeted so warmly on arrrival, it felt like really anything would be fine and do able for them. We were blown away by the views and the small details like ferrero rocher chocolates on our pillows. breakfast in the morning out on the stoep was stunning and really tasty. I wouldn't bother staying anywhere else in Pretoria. -

very hearty welcome, wonderful view on the Union Buildings from my room, rich breakfast varying a bit from day to day; when I had a problem with the safe, within 5 minutes somebody was sent. Easy wlak to the Union Buildings; you can walk to the city center - 15 to 20 minutes. AC and WiFi worked fine. -

The neighbourhood where the B and B is located is very quiet and peaceful even though it is less than 5 minutes from a busy shopping area and key transport access points like the Gautrain and the motorway. Very organised and funky operation incorporating great design. Owner is an architect and it shows. Our room was brilliantly designed with every comfort you could ask for: huge bed, big flat screen tv, fabulous bathroom, fridge etc etc. Breakfast, cooked by the owners was delightful. Plenty of off road parking. The router in our room went down the morning we were leaving but the owners allowed me to use their office. Hatfields is a nice suburb and downtown is easily accessible. A winner.

All staff members were well presented and took extra care looking after my family.
Huge gardens that were very well kept.
Good proximity to all shopping, restaurants and essentials.
Will definitely be on my favourites list of places to stay!! -
Situated in Pretoria but still giving you a bit of the country. Peaceful and quiet. Great service.

The quietness of the place, the beautiful garden with the lapa and swimming pool, the security, the fact that meals from best restaurants in town could be ordered and delivered in the room and lastly, the dining hall which gives options for in and outdoor facilities. -

This is a good, comfortable, place to be. The proprietors and the staff were friendly helpful and charming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were told off for not being demanding enough, but they anticipated our every need. They loaned us a mobile phone and even put our bedside biscuits in an air tight box. Superlative.

The lodge is clean, comfortable, safe and central. Very good use of space with attention given to any travellers needs. Children have a trampoline, swimming pool, swings, birds, etc to keep busy. My family will definitely stay at Ciara Lodge again and recommend to friends and family. -
