I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded. I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.

  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   Apartment hotel room was large and fully equipped for extended stays and had an excellent location close to eateries and clubs and added plus a great view of Table Mountain. - Great Location. Amazing Service. Parking a bit expensive, but you can park outside for cheaper. Even overnight!!

  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there. From the time we checked until we left we were impressed with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of our room, and the food in the restaurant. The overall hotel premises are well maintained, and we would definitely recommend it. When Hilton take over in April 2013, we hope that they will continue to keep up the high standards of the present management.
