  Everything. Location: In an elevated position over Bantry Bay with brilliant views. Room: The whole premise is very modern and extremely spacious. We were in room number 10 with partial sea view and our room had a sitting area with coffee/tea making facilities and fresh fruit and a large TV. The room we stayed in was HUGE (Penthouse), with ample space, comfortble bed, two spacious walk-in closets, luxurious bathroom (bathtub with seaview was great). Giant balcony, beautiful design furniture, friendly and helpful staff/mngrs/owners (we even borrowed the front desk laptop for a few hours to make wire transfers for our next destination). The house is beautifully decorated and great for a group as its self catering.
