With the exception of 1 member of staff we were very impressed with the way in which staff had been trained and the way in which they attended to every need of their guests. Our room had an exceptional view and was very well equipped. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever enjoyed.   The Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfasts were very good Felt secure and safe would definitely stay again - Service of the staff was great, they are very friendly and helpfull. Break fast was great!

  The hotel is well priced but the location is very dodgy to say the least.We were able to get parking at least.The close proximity of the bars are a huge turnoff and that coupled with the night staff at the front desk being so indifferent to my child who tried to greet was not a great advert for the hotel.I Was happy with the rest of the staff as w... что говорят » ell as the neatness and breakfast was satisfactory.I Will not stay there again.It is not kid friendly. - We had a nice weekend @ Albany hotel together with my friends. The positive thing is transport is just near meaning local taxis without a hassle in just few seconds. The friendly staff of Albany hotel always available to assist with a smile. The other thing is it's secure because the security is always around 24/7 and all this services @ an affordable price. Will definitely book @ Albany again. Keep up the good work!!
