I have stay at this hotel each year for a week for business. I noticed this time that the same staff are still working there. I think this says a lot about staff turnover. The staff are very positive always happy to hep, nothing is ever to hard. I had an issue with a pick up being late and it was dealt with quickly and the transport manager was waiting for me to apologise for the error. This hotel is a beautiful place and when you are here you are treated as family, a pleasure staying

A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view.

The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist. The hotel itself is what a 5 star hotel is all about, and I have stayed in five star hotels throughout the world,some of which don't match up to this.Would definitely stay there again.

The management and admin in the guesthouse was truly amazing Petra and Sophia were very attentive my son fell sick and they offered me medical help. They also checked up on the situation the next day. I found their service professional and considerate. Apart from that what a lovely and clean place. Would definitely do it again. -

It was my husband's 30th birthday and the hotel went out of their way to make it extra special for him. Special mention to Daphne and Mandla whom really went out of their way to make our stay extra special. I loved the room beyond everything and felt really cosy. I will definitely be back to stay at the hotel:). Thank you to your hotel and amazing staff.

First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. Our two-bedroom suite with living area was more spacious than we needed but we loved the separate bedrooms and large kitchen. I was very much satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I got an outstanding service, the place is very much comfortable. i was very much impressed by the fact that i paid for my internet access voucher for wireless, but when they found out that the server was done, i was kindly refunded.

I must thank the hotel for this consideration. Overall it was an amazing experience.
