I like the stunning view, spacious sitting room and bed room with panoramic windows , extremely comfortable bed and pillows . The bathroom was spacious with whirlpool bath tub and separate show ear cubical and plenty of space to put toiletries and vanity stuff. Weighing machine was also available. the decor, quality of water supply and the cleanliness was superb . Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and comparative. It was real pleasure to stay in tanzanite suit. I strongly recommend

leaving since we had an early morning flight. The hotel was spotless
and the breakfasts were fantastic! We love the extra attention we get

The staff were great, just couldn't do enough for you and the hotel
itself is a great mix of the old original house and newly built annex
with lots of facilities, including a bar, jaccuzzi (if the weather
allows), good size pool etc.Breakfast is also of a high standard with an
excellent continental selection as well as choice of hot options. The
breakfast room is a lovely location with comfortable chairs and soothing
background music being played, all getting the day off to a great start.

The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly, the hotel is almost a B&B but with private facilities, easy to walk to most in town attractions, excellent breakfast very good and convenient before the start to the day, good connection to WIFI. Very comfortable, well located. It combines a quiet, "off the beaten path" location with a hotel that was within walking distance of all the best of Cape Town. Very helpful front desk with fantastic assistance in all things. A really great hotel and well worth the price.

The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
