Surprised at first to see much renovations going on at the lobby/reception area but it wasn't noisy.
We were gratefully upgraded to the suite on the highest floor and it was 'jaw dropping' spacious! Pleasant surprise.

The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with currency
conversion, numerous taxi bookings and when I asked for a room with a
good view they certainly delivered. My flight did not leave until 1am
and after a whole day shopping I was rather flustered. So, the hotel
staff sorted me out with toiletries, towels, a place to shower, access
to the pool to cool off and looked after my bags. The customer service
from the staff is one of the best I have experienced.

Fantastic resort!!! Excellent customer service, all staff were extremely

Festive Hotel is one of the hotels in the heart of Sentosa. The family room has a little loft bed for the kids. Both our children 8 and 5 slept up there together. When we were looking for a last minute place to stay in Singapore we found the Festive Hotel for 45% off the normal price during a 4 night stay during the week (be aware the price they show is excluding the taxes unlike the other hotels which include the taxes in the price). We would NOT have stayed at the hotel at it's original price

We love our room with the balcony facing the marina. There is even a tv just in front of the tub where you can enjoy a show while soaking inside. We love the serenity and relaxing feel of the surroundings. I would highly recommend it to locals for a staycation. -

The hotel room blow my mind. Stayed there for a night. The pricing is ok. Love the coffee machine in the room and this hotel is kinky to the maximum, a shower see through cyclinder right in the middle of the room with spotlight on top. The bed and the pillows are so comfy. I had a slice of birthday cake and complimetary late check out at 2pm. Definitely a place if u just wanna chill out and have movie night for a staycation. Its right at tanjong pagar.

Great location close to MRT station and within walking distance to Marina Bay.
The room we had was clean and spacious with a nice view.
Complimentary coffee is excellent. The staff are really friendly and ready to help whenever required. We arrived well before the check-in time and were offered early check-in no charge.
There is a good variety of food available for breakfast which is definitely worth paying a bit extra for. We also had some food at the restaurant and it was really good.

The staff were amazing and ultra-accommodating to me and my hubby's requests! The robes were high quality and comfortable, lots of good amenities in the room like complementary Nespresso, water, juice and cokes... very refreshing. All the rooms were beautiful. Great hotel, excellent location above the MRT station, Chinatown with many restaurants just around the corner. Excellent staff, very nice, friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is relatively big (ca. 20m distance for swimming, plus adjacent pool for relaxing, although only 1.20m deep). I received a very good price for this nice hotel, probably because the hotel is new and after only 3 months not yet fully booked.

I like about the friendliness of the staff. They are all very polite and helpful. I have a very nice double room with a small area of dinning. Close to china town and easy to grab a taxi at anytime of the day. Clubs around the corner during the weekend and very quiet. I would definitely come back on my next trip
