The personnel were friendly and polite. The room was clean and quiet and I was able to adjust the temperature to my liking which is sometimes difficult to do in hotels -

Walkig distance to MRT, shopping area, visitors centre and best of all.. halal food was available right across the street.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We stayed here 3 nights. It's 10 minutes walking from the MRstation 'Clarke Quay', but they are building a closer station. Our room was not so spacious, but clean. Second, acted as a **** hotel should and more: I stayed for one night to
catch a particularly late flight but got hold of the hotel for almost 2
nights; late check-out at 2 P.M. , luggage stored, complimentary shower
after my city tour (from 4-8 P.M.) then headed to airport by the nearby
mrt. 9 P.M. check-out would have cost me 2 nights. Thank you Parks !

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

Room is big. Bed is very comfort. Breakfast have everything we need. Location is very strategic, right behind Grand Park Orchard. If you go on foot, The fastest way to get to the hotel is from Orchard road using the alley between Grand Park and the unfinished building beside it. Walk 15 steps and you arrive at the hotel. Maybe the hotel was quiet but no noise from other guests on the floor, which I appreciated! awesome location.
