Thanks to all - Singapore is very expensive, so the price on this hotel was reasonable considering it is as the top of the five star scale. Extremely clean and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! The breakfast buffet is expensive, but well worth it for its freshness and number of choices. All you have to say is the name of the hotel, and all taxi drivers know exactly where to take you!

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Even though they couldn't guarantee early check in, when we arrived at 6am in the morning we were given early check in, which was great as we were travelling with young children. We were upgraded to a penthouse apartment which was very nice. There was lots of room for everyone, and 4 bathrooms which meant there was no waiting to freshen up. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Washing machine was also very handy. All the staff at entrance and in management office, were polite and very friendly.

Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too. It was my boyfriends birthday and they provided a cake with candles in the room. -

We very much thought the staff were so friendly and helpful. From the
door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant

This is the best hotel if you want to stay with ur family... The room
size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

I've stayed at this hotel with my husband twice before, so we sort of became familiar with it. It's great in terms of location, right at the heart of Orchard Road, near all the places I needed to go to while we were there. We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

Room is big. Bed is very comfort. Breakfast have everything we need. Location is very strategic, right behind Grand Park Orchard. If you go on foot, The fastest way to get to the hotel is from Orchard road using the alley between Grand Park and the unfinished building beside it. Walk 15 steps and you arrive at the hotel. the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good

- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

удобное расположение, прямо на Очард роуд. красиво внутри и в номерах. персонал вежливый. также рядом в двух шагах местный аналог "Паттайи" если кого-то интересует этот аспект. I like our stay at Fraser Residence Orchard Singapore.. The receptionists were so friendly and helpful!!!! What ashamed we only got one night stay in Singapore, Room and location were really comfortable. Will definitely choose Fraser Residence Orchard again for next trip in Singapore. -
