The room was very spacious especially after an upgrade when we checked in!
Our children enjoyed the large resort style pool, and a buffet breakfast with a wide range of choices.
The free shuttle running between the resort and Vivo City was convenient and made it easy to get into the city when we wanted to.

The staff who served me during check-in is friendly and courteous. In fact most of the staff there are helpful and friendly. What I like most is, I got a free room upgrade from Marvelous to Fabulous room! And I love the room! It is spacious and pretty with all the different lightings and designs. I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. we were 3 adults and 2 babies. The appartment was clean, and kitchen was almost fully equiped. I would say it was very convenient to find Adler hostel, just minutes of walk from Chinatown MRT Stop. The moment i step into Alder hostel, i was being welcomed with a big smile and immediately you will notice the decor of the lobby was very European style(or at least i think it is) and the lobby was filled with rose fragrant smell. 女子のみの8人部屋に一人で滞在しました。旅慣れてないので不安もありましたが、クチコミどおり綺麗で、スタッフの方が優しく迎えてくれました。場所は駅から徒歩3分くらい。キャリーバッグがあっても大丈夫です。入口は細い階段で2階が受付になっています。英語が出来なくてもスタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくれたので困ることはなかったです。
部屋は冷房付でベッド下にカードキー付のロッカーがそれぞれあり、キャリーバッグも入りました。シャワーとトイレも綺麗で6コずつくらいあり気を使わず入れます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。ドライヤーもあり、バスタオルは2ドルで借りれました。
私はオーストラリア人3人と香港人2人と相部屋になり、日本語を話せる子がいたので英語の出来ない私でも色々話せて楽しかったです。
ベッドはオープンなので足元が丸見えですが、思ったより気にならず、布団をかぶってしまえば平気です。
冷房対策として長袖パジャマがいいと思います。
WiFiは受付でパスワードを教えてもらい問題なく接続できます。

Although the room was small, it was compact and it had everything basic we needed. The bed was great to sleep on....soo comfortably soft with nice comforters. The bathroom size was sufficient and the tiles were nice. Water was sufficient in both toilet and bath...nothing eeky in them. Hotel staff are nice to talk to. We felt secured in this place; it was quiet. It is near the shops and the MRT station.
