  Замечательный отель. Останавливались в люксе, все соответсвует фотографиям. Просторно, чисто, достаточно тихо. Персонал дружелюбный и абсолютно не мешающий. Увидев третьего гостя(заявлено было двое), без вопросов все необходимое принесли в номер, пока мы гуляли.   Great staff who took time to give us recommendations, give directions, etc. They also speak English well which was an important bonus. Breakfast is a good spread with lots of variety, definitely saved time and money on that. And the location is excellent- right near Nevsky and just a 10-15 min walk to all main attractions. The personnel is wonderfull, excellent english and helpful. A complete breakfast, with russian specialities and also continental food for foreigners. Nice room, bathroom, pleasant heating, an electric kettle with tea bags were appreciated at night.

I had a solo room for 4 nights and enjoyed a million dollar view of the onion domes of the Church on Spilled Blood. At 2 A.M. I could peek out the room-darkening curtains and find the domes softly lit against the pale twilight. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

The room met all our needs for seven nights, and the staff were most friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent, and we used it extensively beyond the breakfast and afternoon tea that was provided.
