  Staff was so nice,attentive and helpful. Check in and out was fast and easy, no waitings. No deposits at check in. Room (Mallorca) was very nice, cute and comfy. It was on the first floor with the views into the garden, where the outside terrace are in summer times. Might be in summer time there not much privicy, cuz out the window are tables of ... что говорят » the restaurant's terrace. But during winter time it's perfect. But anyway the room was great. Fast wi fi for free, complimentery 2 bottles of water, c - The hotel is a splendid old house in a very quiet area. Our room was very large and comfortable. The buffet breakfast (included) was excellent as was the restaurant in the evenings. However, the best feature of the hotel was the staff - friendly, helpful, and with fluent English. My wife found the bed a little too soft for her back - housekeeping quickly set up a mattress on the floor which solved the problem. In short - highly recommended.

  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

  The staff was very helpful. They spoke very good English and were able to help me with translation issues and directions. I had a room on the street side, which I was pleasantly surprised did not have much noise. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a couple of English speaking channels on the TV. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit. - I really appreciated the outstanding service that that the staff offered to us. While there, I had my passport stolen by a pickpocket on a bus and Svetlana, a staff member, took us to the police station and assisted us by acting as a translator. While enroute to the station, she gave us a running commnentary on the sights in St. Petersburg. The food in the two hotel resturants were excellent, but the one called Marius had more choices.

  Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the location - it is situated right in the historic centre of St. Petersburg, all sights are very close - I managed to visit a lot in a very short time and didn't even have to use Russian public transport (which leaves a lot to be desired!!).   Замечательный отель. Останавливались в люксе, все соответсвует фотографиям. Просторно, чисто, достаточно тихо. Персонал дружелюбный и абсолютно не мешающий. Увидев третьего гостя(заявлено было двое), без вопросов все необходимое принесли в номер, пока мы гуляли. I had a solo room for 4 nights and enjoyed a million dollar view of the onion domes of the Church on Spilled Blood. At 2 A.M. I could peek out the room-darkening curtains and find the domes softly lit against the pale twilight. The Moika canal is just a - All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.
