The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. It's also very convenient to go to other train stations. The english-speaking stuff is kind and willing to help. Wifi connection is good. -

Borodino Hotel is constantly improving their service. Free Wi-Fi in every room works just fine. In case you do not have smart phone there is PC near reception and you can print your boarding pass - all for free as well. Excellent spa facilities. Very good location for visitors - all you need in a walking distance.

I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.

The staff at the reception was extremely helpful from the beginning. Kind and always ready to answer questions. We left a coat in the limo from the airport, they immediately called the company and had the coat delivered. Very helpful staff especially as had problems with delayed baggage. Provided robes, slippers, fruit, water, tea and coffee. Room clean. Great air conditioning and shower. Breakfast satisfactory. Although very small windows, little noise from outside. Close to all transport links.
