We were able to buy Hermitage tickets at the front desk and avoud waiting in line which was a great benefit since it was very crowded. Hotel also had a driving service to transport us to and from the airport and train station. Everyone spoke English. The only negative issue we had was that the omplimentary coffe was awful. Tea was great though. They have a 24 house complementary refreshment area,

  My review is based on booking a standard room, so there is no option of breakfast in the room. The location and value for money is excellent. We walked everywhere on the trip, and the main street is around 10 - 15 minutes walk. Brekfast is served in the hotel based in the same building, not great but enough to get us started. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast is good -- porridge, boiled egg, toast, coffee, juice -- and it's not a buffet!
