  Замечательный отель. Останавливались в люксе, все соответсвует фотографиям. Просторно, чисто, достаточно тихо. Персонал дружелюбный и абсолютно не мешающий. Увидев третьего гостя(заявлено было двое), без вопросов все необходимое принесли в номер, пока мы гуляли.   Without a doubt the best thing about this hotel is the location - it is situated right in the historic centre of St. Petersburg, all sights are very close - I managed to visit a lot in a very short time and didn't even have to use Russian public transport (which leaves a lot to be desired!!). We wanted to book in the same building, but contacted Altburg somewhat too late, and it was already fully booked. We got a room in a different hotel of the same chain. I had a solo room for 4 nights and enjoyed a million dollar view of the onion domes of the Church on Spilled Blood. At 2 A.M. I could peek out the room-darkening curtains and find the domes softly lit against the pale twilight. The Moika canal is just a - All the stuffs are very friendly and made my trip enjoyable.If you have any question such as visa voucher and trasportation from the airport(taxi), they give you the answer by email right away. It was very helpful. The room is big enough for one person and well cleaned, and free wi-fi is good, too! The location is perfect. I could walk to many tourist spots, especially the Church of the Savior on Blood is 2-3 mins on foot from the hotel.

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left the staff did everything to make my stay a pleasurable one. St Petersburg is such a wonderful city and the staff at Anichkov certainly contribute to make everyone's - The staff were superb and always on hand to help. The location was ideal and meant that everything in the historic heart of the city was within walking distance. The water cooler was very handy!

  The past reviews are exactly as it is. The apartment we had was roomy, very quiet, well equipped and clean enough. It is in a safe area. Beware that 60% of the aparts in St Petersbourg have no private bathrooms and kitchens, but this one does!   The director George Mikhailidi is very helpful and friendly, he speaks very good English. Ask for him if staff speaks few English. All staff is friendly. The location is very central, metro and economic restaurants or fast-food is neadby.
