  Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room and facilities. We appreciated iron and desk in our room, so as heated floor in the bathroom. We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.

  excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   A very cosy and comfortable hotel. As far as we understood there are about ten rooms in the hotel and it is located in a historic building in the heart of the city. There is no lift in the building so you will have to go up the stairs to the fourth floor. We stayed there for one night only on our way from Kostroma to Helsinki.   Хороший хостел.Внимательный и приветливый персонал.Всегда шли нам навстречу в наших просьбах. Уютно как дома,чисто,тихо. Несмотря на несмотря на небольшую площадь - соседей не видно и не слышно - хотя хостел был полон.Можно спокойно позавтракать- поужинать на уютной кухне.С местами общего ползования тоже проблем не было.   Было очень приятно, когда администратор предложила разместиться в отдельном женском номере. Порадовала чистота везде, а главное в кухне и сан узлах. Очень красиво сделан ремонт и оборудован читальный уголок. На кухне имелось все что нужно. Можно было даже приготовить что то на плите, но мне хватило микроволновки.   Very nice, friendly staff. There was Pancake week and one day they treat everybody to pancakes (in addition to usual breakfast). Everything is comfortable: all the necessary facilities, the kitchen,where the guests can have tea or coffee at any time, it's clean and calm in the room. We loved the breakfast, there are 5 choices and served at your preferred time. Wifi is good.
