  Staff was very helpful and spoke English very well. Location was about the best available in Moscow without getting into the really high priced hotels (i.e. Ritz Carlton) , about a 10-15 minute walk to Red Square and just a block from a nice strolling plaza with a couple of nice outdoor cafes to have a few drinks. ATM machine in the lobby was a - - The hotel is in the city center near the main touristic attractions - Near the hotel one can find restaurants, shopping malls, metro station - The staff is friendly but not too much - Service is very good - Breakfast is good - Lobby with the piano player during the evening
