The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant. You can use swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi without extra costs, which all were clean and cozy with candle lights and relaxing music.   This time we decided to swap our usual Lodz hotel - Andel's -for a new one and we did not regret that decision. We paid a lot less for a 2-room apt. and the comfort was comparable. All in all - a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the magnificent view over Poniatowskiego park. The staff is very nice and helpful.
