Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons. The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us
with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai

Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable
as expected is something we appreciate.
It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location.

Can't rate this place enough! Situated on a pretty pedestrian street, it was a little bit difficult to find at first but friendly passers by were happy to help. The Staff where brilliant and the so was the property, we originally booked the 6 room however they also offered a seperate room for us just so we could have 2 bathrooms.
Every day and night they where helpful even when they let us in the aprtments at 5 in the morning after a heavy night. If you looking for a place bang in the centre seconds from all the best bars and restaurants this is the place for you.

Excellent location (10 min walk to the castle, 5 min walk to the old market square and main cathedral); the hotel has its own parking which is located in the backyard of the hotel (the parking space however seems to be small, so it's better to book this parking in advance if you arrive in hectic season); the rooms are large and comfortable
