  Locality, very central to all main attractions in Krakow city centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was georgous with a hugh variety of choice for all patrons.   Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. (the owner already fixed the problem with hot water ;-) -all worked perfectly. For such standard in a hotel you have to pay twice as much. Highly recommended!!!! - We've spent here great time. The staff are polite, pleasant and accommodating.
