The apartment was central to all amenities and away from the busier squares but very close to the many squares,restaurants and markets. The view was superb and facilities were more than I expected. Good value for money new apartments in the heart of Krakow. All main tourist spots and good restaurants are in the walking distance from there. Optimal choice if you want to visit the city for a weekend, want to stay in the center but don't want to overpay for the hotel.

We were a group of four on a girlie trip, therefore we had the whole apertment to ourselves which was ideal. They had thought of pretty much everything including lots of extras we weren't expecting such as coffee, tea, juices, colas and cereals etc. We organised our transfers through Mariola which was very smooth and good value, she also went over everything with us and ensured we had her number should we need her. The location is perfect. The rooms were a little basic but more than good enough for their price and location.
The staff was nice and helpful. They contacted us by email a couple of days before our arrival to Cracow to ask us about our arrival time in order to be available to deliver to us the keys (as there is not reception). We answered to them, arrived on time and found them waiting for us as arranged. We got advice from them on restaurants and other issues that we asked them about.
