The staff, led by Joanna Domanska - Duty Manager, were exceptionally supportive and friendly during this episode. Our rooms were very comfortable and the spacious, well maintained modern bathroom was particularly appreciated. Breakfast arrangements were good and catered for a wide range of tastes and appetites.

a wonderful place to stay, we arrived on a overnight train so turned up to the Hotel at 7.00am expecting to leave our bags there and check in later. The staff offered us breakfast and then said they would telephone us when our room was ready, they did about 2 hours later. Amazing...very clean, great breakfast selection. The ultra modern shower needs a better door to stop water going all over the floor.overall all very good, we WILL be back...

This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! The hotel was superb! We were the first guests in the hotel.. Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

We got a really good deal for two nights.the staff were so friendly and helpful.there was washing machine and dryer.rooms were very spacious clean and trendy.was 20min walk to the old town and was raining heavy when we stayed however the girl at reception organised the tour buses to pick us up right outside the door which was perfect.would definit
