We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

Отель был выбран в первую очередь из-за стоимости номера, но в принципе я понимаю, что он стоит дороже, чем та цена, по которой мне удалось забронировать номер - какая-то сезонная скидка. А в целом при моем невзыскательном вкусе, отель понравился удобным расположением (от вокзала близко - а сам он - в таром городе), тем что не было никаких проблем

We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
