  Our location was awesome. Loved the old furniture and funky "real city living' feeling of the place - even the funky staircase was cool, though if you've got problems with access be aware that there's no elevator. This wasnt "luxury" accommodations so don't expect room service, changing of sheets, that sort of thing... There's no shampoos provided but there's a shop just around the corner that is o - Accommodation was good and convenient. Attentive and friendly attitude of staff, reasonable price left nice impression and a desire to return another time. The room is clean, neat, including comfortable shower and hot water. The presence of the refrigerator and microwave oven, the possibility to make of tea or coffee were a nice addition during my stay. I recommend without hesitation to book hotel accommodations.

  Love Flamingo and missing it though lived there only 4 days. Everything was very good. And it's very convinient that it is located in the heart of the city. When i go to Krakow again i'll stay probably in F.   The apartments are in prime location a 30 second walk to main Market square facing a subway restaurant, always handy. The rooms are very stylish with ensuite and tea and coffee making facilities, mini bar at extra cost. There is a big lcd tv on wall and dvd player.   These apartments are just off the main market square and 10 mins walks from the Castle. Great location, great price. The room was small, but for us it was fine as we just wanted somewhere to sleep and were not bothered about luxury. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy.   Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.
