Highly qualified staff, speak English and Russian. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

It's a lovely place with a friendly, family atmosphere. The owners were very accommodating to my requests. If you need advice on places to see, Pani Ewa is the best person to ask! The room was lovely, clean, comfortable. Exactly what I needed. Would definitely stay there again. -

Excellent location (5 min walk to market square).

I liked it all. The staff is superb - their office is just nearby - 20 meters away. They are at the place upon your arrival and they give you two keys. And they disappear after than without being annoying, but they are always at their office nearby. The facilities are superb, it is all clean and almost sterile. Really good apartment, well located and with nice people on reception (waited late arrival and gave all info requested) with just few important details for being perfect -
