  Приехали поздно, по дороге договорились о времени нашего приезда. Персонал прибыл во время. Обратите внимание рецепция работает только с 10 часов до 18 часов. Номер нормальный для жизни все необходимое есть.Персонал сработал хорошо. Не работал холодильник - поменяли.   Superb hotel near the main Krakow centre yet only 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Staff were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had it not been for the knowledge and willingness of the staff we would not have been able to pack in so much in so little time.   Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection.   I had a great experience at this hotel. Super helpful friendly reception. The owner goes out of his way to help the guests to experience the Polish culture. The location is ideal. It is located in a very quiet area but you are still close to the old market with short walks to many of Krakows attractions. Nice breakfast. We arrived at 3 am and were greeted by the owner himself. Very convenient location, practically next to the Old Town. We do not have to use public transport, except travel outside of Krakow. We arranged for the room rate, although it was possible to find a cheaper option. The room is clean and comfortable.

  Really good apartment, well located and with nice people on reception (waited late arrival and gave all info requested) with just few important details for being perfect - Location was very good, good facilities in the apartment. Liked the freedom to come and go without affecting anyone.
