  Superb hotel near the main Krakow centre yet only 20 minutes taxi drive from the airport. Staff were very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Had it not been for the knowledge and willingness of the staff we would not have been able to pack in so much in so little time.   Novum House is in a wonderful location about a 5 min walk to the main square, which while we were there had a great Christmas market! Thank you to Thomas and Rafael who went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one.   Pokoje Goscinne Wislna is in a perfect location, literally metres from main square and with chemist, off licence, foreign exchange and other conveniences on the street. Michael the owner is very helpful, arranged airport transfer and excursions and even beat quotes we had got elsewhere. Being a female staying on my own it was actually very okay that I had to open 3 locks to get to my room. Makes you feel quite safe - not that I have heard that it would be a problem in Krakow.   Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room 710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel and there was an electronic safe in the wardrobe.
