  The location was excellent in a quiet street but only a few minutes walk from the centre. The staff could not do enough to help especially the ladies working in reception.   I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone.   We all (13 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the CracowRent Apartments, they were ideal for a large group of same sex people.
