  I loved the common room, it's an excellent idea being able to make your own food whenever you want and have access to the Internet for free.   The hostel is in a perfect location being five minutes from the train station and from the centre of the old town. I was in a ten bed dorm, which was roomy with space go bags etc. Everything was clean. The floors were hovered and washed. Breakfast of cereal and toast is included from 8 to 10 everyday which is amazing at this price! You get a good sized l - The staffs are super friendly as what I read from the comments of other travelers. They take care of my feelings at any time.   Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. Provides city guided trips, evening party, pub crawls etc. but will also help you find the nearest locksmith F.E - Greg & Tom has the best staff ever. Friendly, helpful and always there for you with a big(and beautiful) smile. You have to pay for the breakfast, but it's very worthwhile. The included dinner was very nice too. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!

  I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. Наличие террасы также порадовало. Отель расположен в тихом месте, до центра с достопримечательностями несколько остановок транспортом или 10-15 минут на машине. В отеле есть все необходимое для быстрого приготовления пищи, приветливый персонал. Также есть парковка и лужайка, где можно приготовить барбекю или просто посидеть.

  I liked the alltogether location. It wasn't in the middle of all sights, but the disctirct is filled with cafes, bookshops and places to relax after a hard tourist's ordure. Breakfast was ok, just like the common room. And I was given a hair-drier, which is nice.
