  Excellent hotel in a great location on the river. Rooms were recently renovated and were lovely. We took 3 small children and the staff went out of their way to cater for us.   We loved room 541 with its panoramic view over Trondheim. We much appreciated being able to take up our room at 9.30 am. The breakfast is just outrageously "wicked". - I liked the location on the water and the modern design of the guest room and public spaces. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

  The bed was excellent. Indoor climate comfortable - Very good staff, kindly to help customers. I could use the extra foodservice in the evening during two days. Good breakfast, clean.Renovation and new expandation was in progress, will look nice once it isfinished beginning next year ! Staff does a good job !

  The service was great there - the breakfast at the same standard. The room was great. Clean, all necessary accessories. The breakfast was very nice. Even being that close to the train station, it was still quite and quite comfortable, but spartan in room furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.
