Friendly smart attentive, and willing members of staff from check in to
check out. Staff were the best I have known, primarily as quite chilled
and not overly formal. I simply cannot stand any place where the staff
appear subservient. Here the balance was perfect. Cleanliness 10/10.
Top brand bathroom goods, and above all the hotel has a nice atmo

The only complaint I have is about the couple who sat at the breakfast

When I checked in to this Hotel i didn't like the first room I had, I am very particular in when it comes to colors of my sorounding specially when it comes to the colors of room or colors of the curtain( some people are just like this) I called the reception right away and asked them if they could give me another room with light soroudings...5 minutes later they gave me the room that was just perfect..excellent service..no wonder I am here when I am in Oslo.

The Reception staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was wonderful and, as this was a special treat for my daughter, I could not have wished for a better place to stay. - Especially the hotel staff.
