  Excellent hotel! 5star throughout,the service was exceptional including the evening staff.from check in to check out the whole experience of the Bolton was a great.we stay at many 5star hotels and this was exactly that!   We loved the personal touch with Jenny the Manager, very willing and accurate information ie the distance we had to travel, eating places, etc. The changing of the linen and re stocking the unit daily. I was travelling with my eldery mother, when I booked a first floor unit the management phoned me straight away with concern that she may not be a... что говорят » ble to cope with the stairs. I thank them for that, but she was fit enough to compete in the Masters NZ Track & Field Champs so I knew she would c - staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.
