  After being delayed by weather and airlines for 2 days, we arrived at the Copthorne quite tired, frustrated and disappointed that our three night stay had been reduced to just one night. This was meant to be the first stop on our honeymoon and as such had booked a harbour view room. I'd kept the staff up to date with the delays, but thought I woul... что говорят » d need to go through the story again upon check in. As soon as we entered the building, we were greeted by Kenny, who turned out to be the Duty Manage - Thankyou to your staff that night.We arrived in from Sydny after 1 am without our bags and only the cloths we were wearing. We had a 8 am departure that morning and they kindly arranged for our cloths to be washed and ready by 6 am. Nothing was too much trouble and they definately "went the extra yard" Our thanks to them again.

  I don't frequently provide reviews of hotels, but Ohtel is very special. It is all the things hotels would probably like to be, but don't quite achieve. Ohtel is seriously stylish. It provides a luxurious experience, while being close to the heart of beautiful Wellington. Was also really impressed with the little bar in the foyer - awesome chicken pie and glass of wine while killing time on my way back to the airport. Highly recommended!
