Every single thing! In nearly 30 years of travel I have never had such a warm, supportive and wonderful hotel experience as this. The rooms, the luxurious beds, the water views from the windows, the homemade treats, and most of all the personal and warm attention of the owners just about swept me off my feet! House was very beautiful. Hosts Craig and Jude were lovely and so helpful. Beds and pillows were the best we have had in NZ. Location was great on the water but still close to the city. The best place we have stayed in all of new zealand.
