  Everything. The room we stayed was lovely, very nicely decorated. They even had a box of toys form my 2 year old son. The owners are very nice people trying to make you feel at home, and it is even better than home... The animals in the garden were great too, my son really enjoyed feeding them. Drinks on arrival; complimentary Nespresso coffee, wine, beer and liqueurs on both days of our stay and Miranda even drove us to the restaurants we had booked for dinner. Rooms and living/breakfast room were fabulous and beautifully decorated for Christmas. 100% recommendation from all four of us!

  After traveling around Germany and Holland it was so nice to find this gem of a place in Eindhoven. The room was fantastic and the owner Freek was such a lovely helpful man even offered to pick us up at the airport in needed. The room its self was beautiful with every attention to detail and had a luxury feel of a very good 5* hotel. The Hof e - This bed and breakfast offers a high quality (double) bed that is extremely confortable and an abundant and varied breakfast. The room is very well decorated and quite big. With WiFi and an individual bathroom. The person in charge of the B&B is really nice and will try to make your stay as confortable as possible. In my case he even went to pick me up from the station and gave me a ride back there when I had to leave. I also needed an iron and ironboard and he lent it to me. Very nice plac

  Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst 's avonds laat, prima accomodatie, geweldig bed. We moesten 's morgens zeer vroeg weg naar het vliegveld en de eigenaresse had een ontbijtje voor ons klaargezet in de koelkast.
