The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and informative. We have never visited Rotterdam before and did not know much about where to go and things to do. Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Seemingly half the city's trams pass through the station out front. I had a conference at the convention center, which is a 10-minute walk on mainly pedestrian streets.

First of all the Staff was very helpful and kind. We took a suite, which was a great value pick compared to the other hotels, as it was festival weekend in the city. The room was very nice and clean, and the kitchen equipment were ok.
We found the lobby area very beautiful. They had a nice library, pool and pingpong tables etc.

The hotel has a lot of additional facilities like billiards, ping pong, the gym, a lot of common space with couches and chairs. There is a cafe just next door where one can have a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The hotel is located in a very nice and cosy area of Rotterdam. It's very close to the river Maas and to the centre. A big part Kralingen Bos is also fairly close by bike.
Very good value for money.
